Could somebody explain me the rules to get a ISO2000 certificate for sportshops. Please in dutch, english or german.

You wont find any ISO2000. The right titel is ISO9001:2000 (ISO9001, Version 2000).
You will find the rules in the papers from the ISO. You have to buy the papers, they are quit expencive.
